The company later introduced a variety of smartphones comprising of latest technology Android OS and other updated features.

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 features a 5.0-inch HD display that has an internal storage of 720 x 1280 pixels and a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a quad-core Cortex A53 processor placed on MediaTek MT6737 chipset. For graphical requirements, there is a Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. the processor is further aided by 3GB of RAM for smoother multi-tasking. The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and is available in three colours namely Champagne Gold, Marine blue and Mocha Gold. In terms of optics, the device sports a dual camera setup on the rear with a 13MP sensor and an 8MP sensor that come featured with autofocus, face detection, LED flash, Digital Zoom, HDR and many other options. There is also a 5MP front selfie shooter for selfie lovers. The internal storage offered by the device is 32GB that can further be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a microSD card. On connectivity front, there are 4G, VoLTE, 3Gm Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 support. All of it is backed by a massive 4,000mAh battery that keeps the device running for very long. The Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 gets tough competition from the Nokia 3, LG K10 2017 and the Moto G5 Plus in terms of price and specifications.
